Joseph Fears is one of the most talented players listed. A player that can play the swing guard or the small forward positions. His ability to put the ball on the floor and inside toughness makes Fears standout among the best.  Fears is an excellent teammate and plays within the structure of the team but has that capability to put a team on his back.

Fears is very athletic and has a workman attitude towards the game.  His physical and basketball abilities will definitely provide him an opportunity to play at the next level. Any college that is recruiting Fears will be getting a heck of a player.

Athleticism: Very athletic has the ability to play against larger players and the ability to rebound is where his athletism really shows.

Outside Shooting: Not so much of a three point shooter - but has the ability to score from beyond the arch. The strength to become a consistent outside shooter is where he can improve on.

Mid-Range: This an area where Fears is at his best, his strength and ability to get to the hoop enables him to a scoring threat from this range.

Shot Creation: Can create shot in open space and in traffic.

Ball Handling: Doesn't turn the ball over, can handle pressure and in traffic very well.

Defense: Good defender, can and will defend larger post players. Ability to defend and rebound a definite strength.

Basketball IQ: As a multi position player Fears understands multiple positions on the court offense and defense.  His ability to play with and against good players really shows his abilities.

Fundamentals: Fears has more of a complete game than most, playing against and with higher caliber players is a platform where he shows his understanding of the game.

Potential: Joseph can definitely play at the next level any school looking to add a good quality player at the position should be looking at him.  Mid DI - DII
